That meant AndorWillow had strong buyer intent, but still needed a more direct way to follow up with shoppers who were interested and close to purchasing.
The strategy
AndorWillow deployed Consio across five core campaigns tied to high-intent moments in the buying journey:
New trade applications with no order: Trade prospects who submitted an application but had not yet placed their first order
Checkout abandonment within 15 days: High-intent shoppers who reached checkout but did not complete their purchase
Sample-delivered customers who had not yet ordered: Visitors who received a sample but had not yet converted into a full order
Active on-site visitors: Engaged website visitors showing strong buying intent but who had not yet purchased
Cart abandonment within 15 days: Shoppers who added products to cart but dropped off before reaching checkout or completing their order
