The goal of this integration is simple: bring your calls and text messages into Crisp, where your support team already talks to customers, so agents keep the full context of every interaction without switching tools.

Automatic conversation creation: every completed call in Consio opens a Crisp conversation, whether the call is inbound or outbound.
Conversation updates:
the customer's name, phone number and email are added to the Crisp contact when available,
call details are added as a private note, including the customer, agent, duration, direction and phone line,
when the call is logged, the disposition and agent notes are added,
when the AI summary is ready, it is added to the same conversation,
voicemails are transcribed directly on the conversation,
agents open the complete call record in Consio in one click whenever they need the recording, transcript, or additional context.
SMS in Crisp: every text lands in its own Crisp conversation. Customer messages appear as the customer, and replies sent from Consio appear as your agent, so nothing goes out twice.
Segments: every conversation is tagged consio, plus call or sms, ready for your filters, reports and automations.
One-click setup: connect Crisp from Settings, under Integrations, and link the Consio plugin to your Crisp website. No API key to copy.
