Run several stores from one workspace
Brands with more than one Shopify store no longer need a separate workspace for each. Create a store from the Settings sidebar, and campaigns, phone numbers, AI agents and ecommerce integrations each belong to a store. Knowledge sources can belong to one store or stay shared across all of them. Shopify, Klaviyo and Recharge are store-bound today.
New AI agents page
The list shows each agent's type, its store and what it takes calls from, and marks agents with no number or campaign as not taking calls. Each agent's actions moved to their own tab, and every action opens a panel explaining what it does and the guardrails it follows. A disconnected Shopify store is flagged at the top.
See what happens while callers wait
Analytics now covers the queue: how long callers wait, how many give up, and how quickly they hang up, alongside a breakdown of why calls were missed. It follows the same filters as the rest of the Calls page.
Other improvements
Roles: admins can change a teammate's role from Settings, and a new Supervisor role sits between Agent and Admin.
Dates on calls: AI agents now receive the weekday, date and time at the start of every call instead of working them out.
Background noise: agents created before noise filtering shipped now ignore background voices and sounds too.
Call logging: the campaign field is back on the call log form.
SMS consent: adding a customer to the outbound blocklist now unsubscribes them from SMS marketing in Shopify.
Reporting: call history exports include call duration, and team performance and availability can be filtered by team.
