How Allprintheads turned buyer intent into B2B revenue
Allprintheads used Consio across inbound and outbound conversations, helping its team engage high-value buyers across abandoned carts, VIP customers, first-time purchasers, and top-of-funnel prospects.
Bringing conversations into a high-value B2B buying journey
Allprintheads sells professional printing equipment, printheads, parts, inks, and related supplies for commercial printing businesses.
For buyers sourcing specialized equipment or replacement components, purchasing decisions can involve significantly more consideration than a typical ecommerce order.
Customers may need help identifying the right part, confirming compatibility, understanding product specifications, or making sure an order fits their equipment and operational needs.
That makes direct conversations especially valuable.
In July 2026, Allprintheads completed 4,989 calls through Consio and generated $41,353.58 in attributed revenue.
During the month, 3,493 unique customers were contacted, 544 were reached, and 18 attributed sales were generated, with an average order value of $1,205.57.
The challenge
Allprintheads operates in a specialized B2B environment where individual orders can represent significant value.
Unlike low-consideration consumer purchases, buyers may be sourcing products that are critical to their business operations. Choosing the wrong component can create downtime, delays, or unnecessary costs.
At the same time, buyer intent can appear at many different stages of the funnel:
A prospect researching products but not yet ready to purchase
A customer abandoning a cart or checkout
A high-value VIP customer who has not purchased recently
A first-time buyer who may need additional assistance
Existing customers returning for replacement parts or supplies
The opportunity was to turn those signals into timely, measurable sales conversations without relying solely on digital follow-ups.
The strategy
Allprintheads built its Consio operation around high-volume outbound prospecting, customer re-engagement, inbound sales, and automated follow-up.
Reaching prospects at the top of the funnel
A significant part of Allprintheads' phone strategy focused on prospects earlier in the buying journey.
Its two Top-of-funnel campaigns generated more than $25,000 in attributed revenue during July.
The original campaign generated $18,397.94, while the refreshed version contributed another $7,205.61.
Together, these campaigns allowed the sales team to proactively engage prospects who may not yet have reached checkout but had shown enough intent to justify a conversation.
Re-engaging high-value customers
Allprintheads also targeted lapsed VIP customers with more than $500 in previous spend.
The campaign generated $4,270.81 in attributed revenue, with a 4.76% conversion rate on connected calls.
For a B2B business with a high average order value, reactivating existing high-value customers can be especially valuable because the relationship and product familiarity already exist.
Recovering abandoned carts and checkouts
Consio also helped Allprintheads reconnect with buyers who had moved further down the funnel but did not complete their purchase.
The Abandoned Carts campaign delivered a 32.53% connection rate and generated $1,292.42 in attributed revenue.
The Abandoned Checkout campaign generated another $1,847.96, with an 8.7% conversion rate on connected calls.
These campaigns gave the team a direct opportunity to identify what prevented the buyer from completing the order and help move the purchase forward.
Supporting new customers after purchase
Allprintheads also used Consio for first-time new purchase calls.
This campaign converted 14.29% of connected calls and generated $2,344.02 in attributed revenue during July.
That created another opportunity to build the customer relationship after an initial order and potentially uncover additional needs.
Combining outbound sales with inbound demand
While outbound represented the majority of call volume, inbound conversations were the largest source of attributed revenue.
In July, Allprintheads received 288 inbound calls, with 247 answered for an 85.76% answer rate.
Inbound calls generated $30,603.14 in attributed revenue, compared with $8,527.66 from outbound calls and another $2,222.78 attributed to voicemail interactions.
This shows how valuable incoming conversations can be in a high-AOV B2B buying journey, where customers calling directly may already have significant purchase intent.
Extending inbound coverage with AI
Allprintheads also deployed Anthony – AI inbound fallback, a Consio AI Voice Agent designed to handle inbound conversations when needed.
During July, Anthony handled 98 inbound calls and generated $2,865.48 in attributed revenue.
This gave Allprintheads another layer of coverage while keeping incoming conversations and their resulting revenue inside the same Consio operation.
The results
During July 2026, Allprintheads generated:
$41,353.58 in total attributed revenue
$2,222.78 from voicemail interactions
$1,205.57 average order value
2,687 SMS exchanged
One of the most important takeaways is the value of each conversion.
With an average attributed order worth more than $1,200, Allprintheads does not need every conversation to convert for phone outreach to create meaningful business impact.
A small number of successful conversations can translate into significant revenue.
Turning B2B intent into measurable conversations
Allprintheads shows how Consio can support a sales motion beyond traditional DTC ecommerce.
A prospect researching printing equipment, a buyer abandoning checkout, and a long-standing VIP customer each represent different types of intent.
Consio gave Allprintheads a way to identify those moments and turn them into direct sales conversations across inbound, outbound, voicemail, and SMS.
In July alone, that operation generated more than $41K in attributed revenue, demonstrating how phone conversations can become a measurable revenue channel even in a complex, high-value B2B buying journey.
